Filter bags
Bag applications are as follows: adhesives, paint and varnish, resins, solvents, ink, chemicals, etc.

Being silicon free, all FilterFlo filter bags are available in four standard sizes and can be provided with several sealing rings.
Filter elements
FilterFlo filter elements range includes StarFine, StarMesh and StringFine models.
With standard nominal lengths from 250 to 1000 mm, StarFine pleated filter elements are intended for fine applications. Each element has a multi-layer filter media with thermo-bonded fibres to prevent fiber release and contaminant downloading. Boasting low level of pressure loss and high level of dirt capacity, they have a good mechanical strength to withstand critical process and sterilization conditions. StarFine also is the best choice for a good protection of membrane filter elements.
StarMesh are heavy-duty filter elements, suitable for various applications. Featuring high permeability, they can stand heavy working conditions as well as strong cleaning procedures (e.g., treatment with strong chemicals). The low pressure loss generated in line, make them suitable in liquids with high viscosity as well. Some of the typical StarMesh applications are varnish, paint, and resin filtration. However, they can be used for aqueous and non-aqueous liquids, hot fluids, and chemicals compatible with stainless steel as well.
StringFine filter elements are easy combined with an equally wide range of inner cores to satisfy all critical applications. Its traditional filter wound cartridges are made of cotton, polypropylene, and glass fiber. Main applications include chemicals, power generation, water treatment, electroplating, and solvents.
Filter housings
FilterFlo filter housings range features LD1, MRS1, MV, SV, LV1, MR, FP, and HRS.
LD1 standard single cartridge filter housings are ideal for low flow rates. Its main applications are water and fluids filtration, compressed air and gas filtration. As the coupling body-bowl is designed to prevent unscrewing when in pressure, they are suitable also in compressed air & gas service.
MRS1 standard single bag filter housings are manufactured automatically to provide high quality and consistency. Main applications include paint & varnish, resins, solvents, food and beverage applications andmore. Sanitary versions are available on application.
MV standard multi-cartridge filter housings are designed for medium flow rate. Standard MV material is 316 stainless steel providing wide chemical compatibility and easy cleaning. They are typical general-purpose multi-cartridge filter housings.
SV standard filter housings for sanitary applications are available as 3,5 and 8-round filter elements in the typical length of 10” 20” 30” 40”. They are suitable for fine and ultra-fine applications. Key benefits include accurate surface treatment, minimum internal volume (to reduce loss of product) and much more.
LV1 is a high quality water filter suitable for small flow-rates. It is a pretty good alternative to integrally plastic filter housings. Filter head is made of chromium-plated brass and filter bell is made of 304ss or Trogamid.
MR standard multi-cartridge filter housings are deigned for medium and high flow rate. With flow rates up to 90 mc/h, MR housings are available as 9,12 and 15-round filter elements in the typical lengths of 30” and 40”.
FP vent filters are deigned to compensate the change of level inside industrial tanks.
HRS multi-bag filter housings are available as 3, 4, 5 and 8-round size 2 filter bags. Its standard configuration guarantees easy maintenance and a very low product loss.
