Silicone moulds are used in the baking industry. They ideally suit for baking cakes and pies, and also for making jelly and mousse. Genes moulds are temperature-resistant (-60°Ñ to +280°Ñ), strong, do not absorb smells, do not require oiling and are easy to clean in warm water. Genes products are safe and have a hygiene certificate of the Republic of Belarus.
